Simply plug your PS4 controller into your computer using USB and run this. I dontm know what else to try and Sony want £185 to do what ive done. This file presents an interface for interacting with the Playstation 4 Controller. Ive tried changing resolution and booting up that way, it bypasses the eternal blue light and starts up normally how ever when i select a game it instantly cuts off. I have rebuilt the database and it worked, started running for about half hour then same thing happened just cuts off. The controls on this menu include the following. I beleive it is due to overheating but i beelive my ps4 is now comep etly buggered. These controls are customizable and can be changed to any button of your choosing by pressing the X button. Step 4: Onto the PS4 With the 2021 PES Option File on the USB drive, insert the stick into your PS4 and then boot-up eFootball PES 2021. ive tried everything, tried banging it on my knee, tried taking it apart and fitting washers to it, tried heat putty etc ive tried everything but it seems compeltely dead. Start from unplugged naked PS4 on bed, I plug it in to the power cord from power outlet, plug into ps4, plug in HDMI and ethernet, turn the console on via the button, around 3 sconds after pressing the button it beeps then blue light will dim/flash/blink… 6/10 times ive done this its constantly flashed and i class it as unresponsive, some of the time it will load up in safemode then roughly 20 seconds of running will ut off as if ive pulled the cable out the back. I'm like 30 minutes in now so who knows how long it'll last, but it was either this, the deep, deep compressed air cleaning, or both that got me from dead to home screen. So, this morning I opened everything up, took the motherboard out, went out and got neoprene washers (used 5/32" thick ones from Home Depot) and a duster can, blasted the heck out of everything per what I've read elsewhere, installed the neoprene washers as you said and tightened them all the way, put everything back together, plugged it in and it booted right up. Just bought a PS4 off eBay that "wouldn't turn on" - gave it a brief vacuuming, little "knock" on my knee and put it on its side and was able to get it from "on then off" to blue light of death and also able to get it into Safe Mode where I initialized it with the most current OS (after it installed it rebooted and went back to "on then off"). Just did this and it worked, I'm assuming is not a permanent fix (since it's probably bad solder connections in AGU) but works for now.
